Naked Yoga

I couldn't sleep last night. My lower back and hips are hurting and I can feel the nerve all the way down to my knee. I got up to do some yoga, and i could barely hang forward, something I normally find easy. Makes me think I should head off to India and do a couple of months of yoga!

This week I've been getting up with the sunrise around 6.30am and it feels so good. I've been having some breakthroughs about why I got icky about making "nsfw" content. Partly because even the label of nsfw or adult content kind of puts some kind of shame around being naked, and it just massively jumped out of me the other day, that I had lost confidence in what I was doing. I was about to jack in the whole lot when I got a massive lightbulb moment....my whole life has been tainted by shame. To transform these negative experiences I have to become the opposite, which is when I remembered I AM ENTITLED TO BE NAKED! 

This whole shaming of the body has been going on for years in our societies and it does no good whatsoever. What good is there about feeling bad about yourself?

at the end of this video I walk up to the camera as I often do to turn the video off. 

While i was editing this video and checking for sound (I've left in the natural sounds of the crickets, which you can mute once you get bored of them) my [partner] walked past and observed what I was editing. I think he was shocked that the video contained my standing face to camera completely butt naked, or should I say full fanny frontal! and I had an Adam and Eve moment, and found myself editing that little moment out. It's ever present in our conditioning, shame is always near us. We are constantly shaming each other in our words, in our silence, in our judgment, and I am starting to realise it is one of the greatest crimes of humanity.

Today I heard amongst our community in Gozo (mostly made up of non conformist types) that two of our friends had been arrested for "public indecency" I squealed with delight of course! As far as i know they were taking a naked swim at sunrise. Malta has a  heavy catholic conditioning. But for me I would be happy if everyone in the community could get one of these pieces of paper from the police saying "arrested for public indecency" in my opinion, the only indecency here is the shaming of the natural human body. The arrests should be the other way round. What was it John Lennon said?

Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it.
