Camping with Suze

Here I am, getting sweaty from sleeping in a tent! It's the bubble festival here in Malta, it's all peace and love and sunshine! I'm working and playing, running workshops, and coaching and then taking other people's workshops and dancing and meeting people and generally having fun.
It's a real shift for me, because in the past I couldn't enjoy festivlas. I tried going to festivals in the UK, and I would find myself walking around feeling disconnected and suffering from FOMO, cos' there would be so many different things going on and i wouldn't know what it was i was wanting. But here in Malta I have such a big community, I feel so loved and appreciated. When people walk past me, they know my name, they tell me they love me, that I'm beautiful, they hug me...and I hug them back and tell them I love them and tell them they're beautiful, and I mean it, i feel it.
In the UK I rarely ever felt that kind of acceptance and inclusion. In fact I would go as far as to say I NEVER felt that kind of love and inclusion. Here, and it's not just Maltese, it's an international community, mostly European, but with the odd American and Australian, and it feels so natural to feel their love and to return it.
