Thanks for waiting for my next video. I wasn't able to get out of bed this week. One morning I woke up and the room was spinning and it has taken a while until I can spend any serious time at the screen, so this video got delayed.

Don't worry, I've consulted with a doctor and it shall pass. I am now doing exercises where I have to lie on my side, turn 3/4 degrees, then to my back, and then to the other side, staying a minute in each place. The other exercise is making myself dizzy in one direction and unwinding in another! Sounds crazy I know, but this guy is a neurologist so I trust his kind of crazy!

If you really want to see me doing this, I shall film it for you!!!

Right now I'm just waiting for a friend to come over and cook some soup and keep me company...it's definitely something about living here that is so incredibly different to life in the big city....you can actually ask people in your community for...company...cuddles....food...whatever and it's considered a normal request. Growing up, when I was sick, my mum would get mad at me for interrupting the schedule of the day with my unscheduled sickness, so It became very hard to ask for support. Living in a small place, it feels so nice to know that whatever I need is just a phone call away.
