As another relationship enters my life, and another man tells me he is not looking for commitment, I feel the disappointment of that. My commitment in this moment is to honour and observe every emotion that courses through my body, and to be with it.
To lavishly enjoy the peace that comes in my body after I deeply acknowledge and accept what is.
