When I first met him, he wanted to share with me so many of his artistic creations, and one of these was a documentary he made in Bristol, UK, following the lives of a cluster of homeless men whose social lives were focussed on a roundabout that has now been gentrified, and the homeless people have been moved on. The way Jamie captures people in their most real moments makes him the perfect camera man for my documentary Entitled to Pleasure.
one of my patrons tells me I've been talking about Entitled to Pleasure for about a year. it doesn't surprise me, it takes time for projects to go from a seed of an idea to an actual fruit. I feel ETP starting to feel as real as breath. I want to film a trailer based on what I want to conceive for this project when Jamie returns to the island.
