Contain yourself!
Added 2020-01-15 07:40:11 +0000 UTCFeelings of excitement are arising as I prepare for a date tonight. I am so excited to have this person back in my life. It can be really challenging for me to contain my excitement. I've been on a rollercoaster this Christmas trying to ascertain how this person feels for me. I've gone from hopefulness, to ruling out any possibility, to hopefulness, and then feeling dashed again, and it continues. We are meeting tonight and i know I must contain my excitement and my hope, and be in the present, with what is. Not putting any expectation or pressure on this person, even though it is the hardest challenge of all, to contain how I feel inside.
