Hello Patrons

Thank you for checking out my content this April.

As you know, I am still on my break, and I said that I would post whenever I felt like checking in with you, or wanting to connect, and that time is now.

It's amazing that I've been on a break now for just over 6 weeks, and already I feel like i have a different life. I am living in community, and well, the rest I'll share in this vlog, but yes, I already feel that my life is wanting to take a different direction, and at the same time, I would love to share this journey with you.

Today is Sunday and I am taking the day off, from everyone, so spending the day by myself, to write, meditate, and follow whatever desires I have in each moment.

Where are you?

Are you in social isolation?

How has your life changed?

For the better? or for the worse?

I do feel like this a major time in history for self reflection. To let go of what was not working, we have the opportunity to do that now, maybe things were taking away that weren't working, without you even having to make the effort, poof, one day, just gone! Maybe it was your job....

And it's a really perfect time to reflect on changes we want to make.

Maybe living alone isn't serving your needs for connection anymore, and you want to move into community...maybe you got to take a good look at your health?
