Price increase for Tier 2 & 3

I’ve increased the prices of Tier 2 and Tier 3. This is because:
- The quality of the image sets has improved
- Workload has increased
- All the request slots are filled
- I also want to make sure that Tier 1 subscribers still get good value — if Tier 2 stays too cheap, it starts to devalue what Tier 1 offers in comparison.
