Several reasons: 1) Most building/city modules on Roll20 have several beds in these types of sets. Those artists have data on which of their sets sell more, so apparently people like beds. 2) Stage is on the list, too. But a building is only going to have 1, maybe 2 stages. It could have dozens and dozens of beds. For that many beds, the maps begins looking unnatural if all the beds look the exact same. 3) Make several beds is also pretty easy. It's a low hanging fruit to flesh out the collection.
