Added 2021-12-14 02:53:16 +0000 UTC120% blame me for this comic. I was laying down in bed when this rough idea of weather reports sounding silly could become a comic. I quickly wrote it down on a piece of paper to dive into deeper then next day.
In the end, weather forecasting became innuendo for shenanigans. Just a bunch of grown pones being immature! Simple.
