I grew up in the Pentecostal Church and they definitely wouldnโt be dressing and dancing on Tiktok (even though it is wholesome) if it were up to the church. They have strict dress codes for womenโฆ no short dresses, no pants or shorts, no makeup, never cut your hair (your glory), very modest clothesโฆ mean usually do have beardsโฆ My mom and I left because she was the total oppositeโฆ loved makeup and pants. We are part of the non denominational church now and I love the โcome as you areโ mottoโฆ
