How to upgrade to Marvelous Designer 11 (Perpetual License)

In previous years we were given a discount code and use it upon checkout, but since perpetual and annual licenses are no longer available to buy, the process has changed a bit. If you currently have a perpetual license, you can upgrade from from MD 8, MD9 and MD10.
