Point Lookout - Outfits Distribution

A tiny esl-flagged mod which injects all the armors and outfits in Point Lookout into the Commonwealth.
The script will run upon exiting the Vault 111 or loading a save, regardless of the quest status of Point Lookout. I will add a version which will only inject outfits when a certain Point Lookout quest is completed.
I don't put this altogether with Atomic Muscle refit of Point Lookout since this injection probably can be useful for those who use vanilla body.
