Addressing some of the common issues

Greetings my fellow Daoist.

It come to my mind that some of you are having common issues regarding accessing the game so I'm making this post to make it easier for you to understand how you can prevent any error from happening.

First let me address about your username:
Your username will be same as https://cogdemos.ink/profile the one you used to sign up.
Now why keep using cogdemos for username?
The reason is the common username, if everyone of you begin giving me an usual username that contain only your name then it could mess with someone else's account with the same username.

Cogdemos site won't let you sign up preexisting username and you will have to create new and unique username, once you have created that username, give me to me in message or just post it on the comments and I will send you the password you need to access the game.
You also need to make sure the username you are trying to load is exactly the same as the one you gave me, that means if it has a capital letter then you also need to use a capital letter at login, using smaller characters won't work in that case.

Second issue I want to address is loading of the game:
When you enter the username and the game loads for the first time, at that time it may take some time for your browser to save your login info of the site, this way later you won't have to enter your username again (Atleast for quite sometime).
Once this is over your game will load and you can play as usual.

Third and the last issue I want to address is about problems while trying to load new scene files:
This is what some of you must've faced by now, that your game is not able to load the further game and sometimes messing around can lead you back to the first page.
Here's what you need to do:-
When you see a loading bar down at the bottom right corner, do nothing and just wait. It will take some time depending on the size of next scene file.

So far there are scene files starting from 20kb to 200kb and it take different amount of times to load different size of files, for most of the time it should be able to load within 5-10 seconds and for some larger files like 200kb ones, it can take 10-15 seconds.
Once your scene file is loaded you can play the game as usual until when it comes to the next scene file.

If you are still worried about loosing your progress then you can save your game in between the scenes so even if you get sent back to first page, you can later load your progress back to the same point and this time wait without refreshing or doing anything else.

How to know when the current game is over?
You will a "To be Continued" in the last page of the current update, if you have reached that point and saved your game on the page after that then game has been over and you need to wait for the next week's update.

Fourth issue related to the "Play Again":
So as some of you may have noticed a "Play Again" option appearing when trying to load a new scene, this is an issue that I fully didn't know about until someone on discord sent me a screenshot, and after doing a little research I finally find the reason behind it.

Why this happens?
This is a cache related that can occure when the game page get refresh or when you close the browser. Not all of you are gonna see this issue if you are playing the game without refreshing the site, but there's a way of knowing if your game has this issue.

Here's how to fix this:
To not loose any of your progress you need to save your game where you are currently then go to the menu option and there you will find a restart option, restarting your game will clear any cache related issue and then you can load your progress with your save.

This is all the problems others have encountered so far, if there's any more issue then I will add it here in this page so you can treat this post as a troubleshooting page.
