I have been using brainwave entrainment regularly for over 2 years as a supplement to meditation. Most of my day is spent in my own mind. My brain is comfortable with nonstop listening, and conditioned to remain sensitive to the effects. I am highly susceptible to suggestion and changes in mental state.

2018-11-19 22:31:37 +0000 UTCThis is still an unexplored subject, for how long a triggered gland (e.g., pituitary gland) may remain activated while stimulus (binaural beats) is no longer provided. Following your feedback, I assume that decisively longer. In the next 1 or 2 years, I will experiment with binaural beats and subliminal messages using EEG in the context of a scientific thesis. The production is partially based on theta patterns, so you have identified them pretty well. Theta patterns are associated with the meditative state and the REM phase. That's why it may put you back to sleep, especially in the morning. Anyway, during the daytime, it shouldn't induce sleepiness.

I will write it once again tommorow then. Yes, it will increase LH and FSH via strong activation of pituitary. Also improve pituitary functions, fertillity, increase testosterone level and its synthesis.
