I decided not to put my typical intro in this video because it's a sleepy one, so it's just all there visually and if you loop it it will just start without my typical "hello and welcome" intro ๐
Summary: This audio is a bit of a PMR (progressive muscle relaxation) induction with a Confusion twist. I change the pacing of my words to toss your mind around a bit, and describe some beautiful scenery in nature as I lull you softly to sleep. I reassure you that you are doing so well, and that it is perfectly lovely for you to do what I tell you to help you get to sleep.

The end actually dropped me out into a lucid dream, which never happens for me; I almost immediately woke up because it was the coolest thing thatโs happened to me recently! File idea: some sort of guided meditation or lucid dream thing (erotic, of course,) but focused around getting all cozied up and snuggly, with light emphasis on exploring the space of lucid dreaming. I think that would be pretty neat, but am in no way demanding content! I love all these files, and my favorites by far are the cuddly, wholesome ones which come after the heavier files weโve had recently. Love what you do!!โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
