Ravenloft comic 15 The Finale

And wow, how much things have changed since the first strip... It was originally going to be a very sketch-like comic, making it as simple and easy as possible, and then I moved over to pre-posed character models, and now it got borders, outlines and looks almost like a proper comic.
Now, that it's finished, I do remember certain things that was not included in the comic, like finding the hearth of the castle, and the actual conversation with Strahd's accountant that was referenced in nr 14, and a couple of more instances like Farwethare's sword originally had the blade of the Sunblade, and while we did find the hilt to remake the sword to it's true form, I was never handed the hilt, and it was the Paladin that kept it for safekeeping prior the switcheroo, and of course Strahd!Ugrim would never give away a part of a weapon that could kill him.
What's cool with the Castle Ravenloft module is that it has multiple endings and goals, making each play-through different per group. In ours, Strahd actually wanted to get away from Barovia and spread his influence in the world, but much like the inhabitants of Barovia he too was trapped there. So he used the adventurers as pawns to orchestrate his escape, which he did all too easy...
But there is Ravenloft II: The House on Gryphon Hill, the sequel to the original module. What fun!
