Anime Review: Ramen Akaneko π
Added 2024-11-09 20:15:58 +0000 UTCA ramen shop that's run by cats? what could be cuter, especially if you're a cat lover π₯Ί While the CGI goes a little crazy at times, the art style itself is really pretty. This is the type of anime you find comfort in and watch while eating ramen of your own (or just eating in general LOL, i'm such a huge fan of catching up on my eps while I eat).
The characters all have a little backstory of their own and I enjoyed how each of theirs were presented throughout the 12 episodes. I also liked how the episodes would interact with the customers of the shop and bring up various recurring human characters to the story.
Additionally, the main cat character has the same VA as Nanami so i meannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, it was nice getting to hear his voice again (plus the cat matches his style very well).
Overall, there are some really heartwarming moments during this anime that bring a smile to your face. Also, if you're a fan of naps, you'll enjoy the cat naps they take between shifts LOL
For a more slow-pace anime, it's the one you can turn to for inclusivity, heart-warming and feel-good moments, it'll get you to appreciate and enjoy food spent with others and those you work with!
Also the opening/ending are a bop π
