I'd die π. Probably heard it before, but if/when you decide to start Gintama, skip the first 2 episodes. They're OVA filler.

2025-01-19 07:41:53 +0000 UTCIt was Another and Frieren that brought me here. I watch all kinds of anime but I prefer something intelligently written with a deep story. I don't like thing like Dan da Dan, which is just silly, or JJK, which is just action. I'm not at all put off by you featuring them so long as there's something with a story for me to get my teeth into as well. Most Patreon groups I belong to only ever have a single series I'm interested in watching at any time, so I'm pretty easy.

Found you on YouTube when I was recommended your naruto openings reaction and stayed when I saw you had other anime reactions and I think I joined here when you made your patreon or around that time anyways, it was around October definitely. 2. As for genres my favs typically are the shonens but I've also watched and enjoyed plenty of anime that aren't shonens. So I'm not too picky in that aspect :)

I guess if they are done really well I like adult drama. Something like NANA (not Talentless Nana, although that was decent too.)

2025-01-17 21:29:11 +0000 UTC1. Apothecary Diaries. 2. I never watch a reaction unless I've seen the show/movie first. So there are some older ones that I wish some reactors would react to. There's a revival of the original Dragon Ball/DBZ among reactors lately which is great to see. Suzy Lu, Animechan, and a few others. If I had to request one, it would be Ascendence of a Bookworm. Then, for some older ones, Claymore and Yuyu Hakusho (Semblance of Sanity reacted to this).

Not sure i have a favorite genre, but here are some of my favorite shows: Black Lagoon, Golden Kamuy, Vinland Saga, Frieren, Apothecary Diaries, Spy Family, Gintama, Konosuba, Dandadan, Dangers in My Heart, Kino's Journey

2025-01-17 17:27:53 +0000 UTCApothecary Diaries got me here. I watch mostly fantacy/ isakai and rom-coms. I used to be more into shonen, but the whole repeating the same story over and over plus taking 10 episodes to get through something that should take 1 or 2 brothers me.
