Weekly news - Anila and Nier before end of the Month / Blaze & Specter for early November / Schedule

- Anila will be available late Sunday/Early Monday, she is giving me some difficulties, progression post in some hours.
- Nier will appear before Friday.
- Blaze & Specter are delayed, i learned again some tricks with Material Editor, and wish to apply this knowledge for them.
- Keqing free card early November too.
- Milk Top operator card overhaul after Nekopara Vol 4 is published, so late November.
- No Top operator in November, 4 new cards is my true limit per month, i don't wish to sacrifice quality. Space Whales will get 1 ticket after expiration of their subscription.
I putted some baskets of rotten tomatoes here, you can throw them on me.
