{BETA} IN-GAME Traits Overhaul

I'm starting a mod to remake them. So that Sims can actually get greater impacts from traits.

- Now I added moods and buffs decay multipliers for the traits and with Set D there are hidden +2 moodlets according to the traits as well
Plans for this mod: add more moodlets for them when they meet certain situations
ONLY CHOOSE ONE! DO NOT USE BOTH SETS!

2022-01-04 16:46:59 +0000 UTCI took time to check Bienchen's mod and found that they edit the same files. Yes, they serve similar purposes. I recommend you choose which edits you like. This was a very old mod of mine and I will do an additional version that won't edit the game tunings.
