➡ You need to click on the Tabs (the circled ones in the following guides) to view Changelog, Patch Note, Mod Status, File Name Tracker, etc.
The instructions are also available on the first Tab of the spreadsheet. 😉

If you can't open the spreadsheet link at all for any reason (blocked in your country, browser problem, etc.), please tell me and I will find an alternative way to post the status.
