libctru had a minor tweak in 2.3.1 to avoid polluting system headers with 3DS headers, in this case removing the 3ds types header from poll.h. 3ds-mbedtls was updated to 2.28.5 and rebuilt 3ds-curl 8.4.0 with the new library as well as allowing curl to pick up certificate data from sdmc:/config/ssl/cacert.pem. 3ds-hbmenu 2.4.2 was rebuilt with the latest packages and the release archive updated to include the cacert bundle freshly obtained from https://curl.se/docs/caextract.html. devkitarm-crtls 1.2.3 corrected a typo in 3ds linkscript and 3dstools 1.3.1 saw 3dstool updated for this change. Picasso 2.7.2 now emits a warning when trying ti use swizzling in the outmask. 3ds-lbxmp was updated to 4.6.0
wiiu updates:
wiiu-sdl2 was updated to 2.28.5, refreshing the patchset and adding missing NULL checks to mutex code. wut 1.4.0 was released with a number of improvements contributed by GaryOderNichts, Andrew1Hawes, Fangal-Airbag and thearst3rd. See the announcement post for more details

switch-libavif: 1.0.1 was contributed by Otorhin, switch-libarchive was updated to 3.7.2 with some contributions by PoloNX and deko3d 0.5.0 implemented report counters and gpu timestamp thanks to averne and RSDuck contributed dkCmdBufCopyImageToBuffer and dkCmdBufCopyImage implementations.
