I only saw this once sp may have thi wrong..but didn't Yoongi get handed the mic and say something about popular singers, then later Jhope repeated what Yoongi said? This is why they all laughed immediately? Clocking Yoongi is what I picked up. Lol

He also collapsed on stage. They were all sitting on the floor and when they went to stand up, he fell forwards. The members knew he wasn't well and they were looking at him with concern whilst he was on stage with the mic.
