Same, my PR for dumbbells is 20 and I can only hit 3 reps lol. Now squats is a different story-pr squats is about 315. I am also a shoulder/back girly. I’ve always wanted to mention that idk how you watch run bts while doing cardio. I fell off treadmill once because I laughed too hard at something 😒. I can only watch live performances during cardio
