On the Tier updates

So as we went over before hand, I'll be posting Source Files of artwork and materials going forward. You're going to need a few selective programs to view/run the file formats I'll be supplying, but for those who can' this will be a nice treat to obtain I think!
Regardless the file formats are broken down as such:
-Chaos Croc works in Clip Studio Paint, and as such files from him will be in the .Clip format. You should be able to access his stuff using CSP, or CSP Pro, so as long as you have one or the other, you're fine!
-mo2 uses what is known as EDGE2, a pixel artwork program with layers and other more common artwork features, but still with a very paint like format and dot matrix set up, with it's file format being .EDG. While EDGE2 is a paid product with a 30 day trial, You can obtain EDGE as freeware and it can still open and still access the files in turn. Just note that both of these application's ARE in Japanese, so some trial and error might be needed to learn how to navigate.
-The other two format to take note of from other artist comes in .SAI, notable from PaintTool Sai, and .PSD, a common photoshop format a lot of programs now are good at opening.
Given the requirements, it's only recommended to vote into this tier if you have access towards such apps, or apps that can handle such formats, in some fashion. Otherwise nothing new beyond giving them a little animation mo2 did for me a while back, but those might be replaced later!...and that's it for now!
