It could be a one of for pride, although i know each experience would be different not always good ofc not always bad... i really enjoyed hearing you both share parts of your coming out and it bought me back to one of the best most significant, important moments in my life... All for my brother to just be like "dont be dramatic no one cares" lmao... still a relief but i just wanted to share my appreciation for how you navigate these agony aunt podcasts your angle is always solid but never 1 track! and you provide all possible perspectives! much loveeeeee <3

2024-09-17 22:53:29 +0000 UTCComing out at my school was an absolute no no. Like Olympia's school, it was homophobic and I was ashamed. Plus I had a HUGE crush on my PE teacher and I think she knew. If I'd have come out it would have been very awkward indeed!

2024-09-17 22:51:10 +0000 UTCIn relation to number of schools mine is closer to Olympia’s; Nursery/Reception was its own “school” Then Infants School Years 1-2 Junior School 3-6 High School 7-9 College 10-11 with the option to stay on to 6th Form (12-13) Uni. So 5 Schools and Uni. At least in my county of the East Midlands anyway. But I know that even between those individual counties the number changes too so…yeah
