Also, the text on the card in the Japanese version just says βinflict 1000 damageβ, it literally doesnβt have that extra effect-

I could be completely wrong but a draw is possible in yugioh, the turn doesnβt end until the cardβs effects are completely finished. In that duel the trap/magic card yugi used effects both players and Joey remembered that so thatβs how he commanded the Red eyes to attack him.
