Commentary
This comic got delayed for two main reasons.
One was because humans apparently need sleep, and I was catastrophically behind on that somehow (it's a mystery).
The other was because I decided I wanted to spin off the previous comic into an actual storyline, and I needed to decide what exactly the heck that would even mean. I knew there was fun to be had, but how to go about it, and how to not make Ashley come off as simply being awkwardly weird about her friends?
Turns out step one was super easy: Have Ashley herself acknowledge that it's awkwardly weird, and that she should probably do something about it.
