Framework Hub Update - 1st update of 2025

I've just released a new update for Framework Hub with several improvements to enhance your experience. Here's what's new:
## 🎯 Power Profile Improvements
- Fixed power profile application for Framework 16 AMD laptops
- Added detailed logging for RyzenADJ parameters to ensure proper profile application
- Improved model detection to correctly handle Framework 16 AMD configurations
- Each profile (Silent, Balanced, Boost) now properly applies both Windows power plans and AMD-specific settings
## 🖥️ GUI Enhancements
- Added "Always on Top" functionality to keep the window visible when active
- Improved window positioning to better align with the system tray
- Added a "Save Position" button in settings to remember your preferred window location
- Hidden console windows for a cleaner user experience
## 🔧 Technical Improvements
- Fixed translation system for button labels
- Improved error handling for power profile application
- Added proper DPI scaling support for window positioning
- Enhanced logging system for better troubleshooting
## 🎨 Quality of Life
- The application now remembers its last position between restarts (still WIP)
- Console windows (RyzenADJ, PowerCFG) are now hidden during operation
- Improved error messages and user feedback
