I’ve been going through an extended bout of depression and had a really hard day yesterday. I usually listen to the Oikawa sleep aid (which I love so much) but decided to try something different last night and I’m so glad I did. This made me feel so supported and grounded and lulled me into the most pleasant sleep. Thank you so much for making these!! 💕
