Beach party. Recompiled from the game's source code, re-adding removed features, such as quadbikes and the party taking place on both Santa Maria and Seville beaches. Rockstar had made them appear on these two beaches so you could dance whenever you want, with the same idea as the lowriders dancing.
Added people setting up antennas on top of houses in Las Colinas (which is now also being included in other locations).
