I think it should have been a draw for the interference. That or set up a different challenge like rock and steel

2019-02-18 22:18:36 +0000 UTCYou've probably figured it out already but I believe that was only a 5 percent punch, thats why its not broken and Todoroki didn't die, lol. All Might told Deku a couple of episodes back that he could only use about 5 percent but for some reason a lot of reactors miss this and still think Deku is using 100 even though I do think the drop in power that Deku's using is quite easy to see to me?
