2019-03-15 00:15:49 +0000 UTCIn order to become a vampire a vampire must suck a humans blood until they are about to die, and then have the human suck the vampires blood. The human then dies temporarily, anywhere between a few hours and a day, then awakens as a vampire and raises from the grave. In case you haven't gotten cleared up yet.

2019-02-10 07:21:40 +0000 UTCAngel does have a soul so if the demon was looking for a soul it would have found one.
2019-02-10 00:52:41 +0000 UTCThe reason Angel was at the hospital was not because he was following Buffy....not this time at least lol. It establishes that he showed up because it was blood delivery day at the hospital, and it is always a high possibility that vamps will show up to try and steal the blood. He's just there to make sure that didn't happen, and Buffy just happened to be there too.

2019-02-09 23:44:44 +0000 UTCIf this was a live stream reaction, I could've pointed out the name mix-up. Through no fault of yours, I got annoyed every time you called her Carpenter and I'd say Calendar out loud to correct you :D

2019-02-09 23:35:06 +0000 UTCThat explains why some fans said there was a 15 year age gap. Which is not that big when both parties are adults, imho.

2019-02-09 23:33:57 +0000 UTCLove this episode! I just love Ethan Rayne, One thing that always bothers me about this episode, though, is why does Buffy have to pay to have that tattoo removed? Shouldn't Giles be paying for it ?????

2019-02-09 22:59:58 +0000 UTCI don't know about the character of Giles, but Tony Head was 43 when the series started. I also looked up Robia LaMorte (now Scott) and she was 27 when the series started.

2019-02-09 22:33:32 +0000 UTCI knew there was a reference to him being 43... but for some reason I kept thinking that was in s5 haha! If its season 1 though, then I stand corrected and retract my comment lol, but still - definitely not old and perfectly acceptable dating material for Jenny Calendar lol

2019-02-09 22:08:19 +0000 UTCI think he's meant to be 43 in S1, so a bit older than 38/39 but definitely still not old, I agree with that :)

2019-02-09 22:05:51 +0000 UTCWeβre getting so close to one of the best storylines! Yay! I love Gilesβs backstory. Heβs a badass in tweed!

2019-02-09 19:57:19 +0000 UTCyou keep calling Giles old lol, I think at this point, he is maybe 38 or 39 lol.. definitely no older than 40. Miss Calendar is highly likely very late twenties, early thirties lol. PS, Angel does have a soul remember? We learnt that that episode :) Those dead people would have no souls, just reanimated bodies, kind of. The demon was definitely stronger in a live body. It was clever to have Angel's demon fight it internally for sure. Th best part of this episode for me in the bonding between Buffy and Giles, and the bit of Giles backstory!
