Sam's line about "how many things existed just because people believed in them" always sounds so dumb to me. It wasn't JUST that people believed in the legend of Mordechai, it was because of the symbol! It does make me think, though, that if the symbol could be used to focus and manifest thoughts, couldn't it be used to manifest something really useful or helpful, like a weapon that can kill anything? I don't know, seems like that could have been a fun little plot, especially for later seasons when the brothers are really up the creek 😅

If it's due to the glare from the window, have you considered putting a dark drape over it? But if it's a headache when you wake up, then something happening when you're sleeping. Sleep apnea can do that. Good job figuring it out before Sam and Dean did! I didn't when I first saw this episode. Be careful when you read youtube comments for this episode, as there could be spoilers. I hope you have a moderator. The short dude and his cousin made the whole thing up. She was there when the first group showed up, lead by the short dude from the record store. The other kids with him didn't know anything about it. He was playing a prank on them. So they thought it was real. It just looked like the first girl was hanging by her neck. So after they ran away she left. And so there was no body for the cops to find and the prank was just that. A prank. But those kids still believed it happened. Then it became real and the second group that came was when it really started. Dying quickly when hung - doing a hanging right will snap the neck first. That's pretty quick death. Doing a hanging right, will have the person slowly strangle to death. Guess this one was done right. I don't know it from personal experience, but from watching too much true crime stuff on tv. Is that weird? LOL Kids doing stupid things - yeah. That sort of thing really does happen. At least when I was young. The kids likely ran away out of fear, and not wanting to get in trouble. then called the police to report it. That line Sam said after they set the house on fire, about how many of the things they hunt existed just because people believed in them made me immediately think of The Kardashians. lol!!! Liking Sam and Dean - yeah. That is something many people comment on. Is a large part of why the show is still going. The actors behind the characters really own their roles, and their chemistry together sells the onscreen relationship. You're almost at the end of season 1!!! Congratulations.

They also made other RPGs in the same universe called Vampire The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, and Mage: The Awakening.
