I liked some episodes - but the season arc didn't hang together as well for me as in other seasons. But man, the good episodes are really good.

2019-06-19 12:24:14 +0000 UTCOh me too. It's funny - some all time favourite episodes in a season that doesn't quite fly. Aside from a few key episodes I'm pretty much treading water til seasons 4 and 5 at this point. On a rewatch, I think seasons 2 and 3 really haven't aged as well as the first season (despite it's crappy effects).

2019-06-18 14:09:35 +0000 UTCThe area where everyone lives is the undercity, which was what was closed off to prevent it from dying, too. The air quality is still awful, though, because it's a closed system. That's why the couple was desperate to get somewhere else where they believed the air was cleaner--because she was pregnant. The Macra are a Classic Who monster, I believe. This season is probably my favorite of the David Tennant era, and Martha is pretty badass.
