One vital point also missed by you is the fact that by giving this number, the machine is giving Finch to pursue and close the case of a previous number, now that there’s someone with the skills and means to intervene. Also I think that it’s the first time that we have an inkling on how much money Finch has.

2019-06-26 20:49:37 +0000 UTCI think on this one, your relatively low score is because there were some key (though small) connections you missed. The Elias connection - we are now starting to see cases from earlier in the series connect up: Reese goes undercover with an armed gang who break into the evidence lockup and steal evidence from the M. Elias murder. Carter recognises Reese as one of the gang members - that scene when he is on CCTV with a balaclava and Finch, who is at the lockup posing as a legal clerk, whispers something to him - Carter saw that video. Now the evidence they stole has turned up stuck in the chest of the main suspect in the M. Elias murder case. Carter is connecting Reese to the Elias case because o fthe stolen evidence. She doesn't suspect him of being the murderer. The person she suspects of being the murderer is the child of M. Elias, the illegitimate son of a well-known gangster.

2019-06-26 19:12:32 +0000 UTCI think the comments disappear if you have to edit what you've written more than once after you've already posted it. At least that's what I've discovered. So... when you write your comments, edit them carefully before you even post it and hopefully it should stay here. I hope this helps. :)

2019-06-26 18:59:39 +0000 UTCAnother good one, I did enjoy the plot and how they made it look like an affair and it turned into this wider pharmaceutical plot. Zoe Morgan is also a great character. That scene with Finch taking all that guy's money is probably my favourite scene of the episode, so good, shows that the team will get their justice in a variety of different ways and what will hurt most.

2019-06-26 16:21:00 +0000 UTCThank you so much for another great reaction! I love Zoe Morgan's character. She was a very interesting "person of interest" because of her job of fixing problems for people willing to pay her fee. And boy oh boy... like you said, her chemistry with John was hot. I really enjoyed this episode's storyline, and loved how Finch revealed that he felt guilt over the poor girl's death upon him being unable to save her in time because he didn't have John working for him at the time. I love the continued friendship developing between Reese and Finch. In regards to the Elias case Carter is investing... Carter does show the cop a picture of John because she recognizes the name Elias from a previous case that Reese was involved in. This case was first revealed back in episode three, with the actor who plays Captain Montgomery in Castle, who's character in episode three has his team of robbers, that includes Reese who had gone undercover to protect one of the soldiers, break into the evidence locker to steal the case evidence with the name M. Elias on the box, containing the old knife used in this current episode to kill someone else involved in a previous case from back in 1973. These two episodes are the beginning of a case arc revealed more and more throughout the season. I hope this helps you to remember.
