This episode is incredible, shows you how fucking crazy Walter/Heisenberg can get but only really giving you a taste for whats to come. Once you clear Season 1, the shortest and get through all the set up the show will take you on a ride you only think you're ready for.

Personally, I've been really enjoying your reactions so far and I'm looking forward to finishing up this season and starting the next one. Season 1 really left an impression on me but I think I remember season 2 the best. As for this episode, all I'll say is: IMO Walter walked into that building, but Heisenberg walked out. Walt now has a new badass alias.
