2021-06-21 14:31:44 +0000 UTCThe thing with Glee is that pretty much every single character is going to do things that make you cringe, some wildly mean and cruel, some just wildly stupid. Pretty much every single character that is more then a bit player will fall into this category (and often the bit players can be even worse).

2020-05-09 07:51:33 +0000 UTCGlee has a lot of very passionate fans, and sometimes passion leads to obsession and crazy behavior, like forgetting Glee is just a TV show and taking it way too seriously. I even catch myself taking somethings on Glee too seriously, because the tone of the show changes so much from scene to scene. Sometimes the show tackles big issues with sensitivity, and sometimes it makes light of them, and sometimes it tries to be a PSA and satire at the exact same time and itβs impossible to know whether to take it seriously, or laugh, or get offended. Sometimes the writers screwed up important issues that a lot of people are still mad about. Overall though, people that still feel strongly about Glee, even if some of those feelings are negative, genuinely love the show, but itβs a love-hate relationship, and those kind of relationships have been known to drive people crazy.
