2020-05-17 18:19:38 +0000 UTCI would have also loved more with Henry and Shawn, and with Mr. Salamachia, but I think they try to balance the first thing to show slow growth in that relationship, and the last thing- the cemetery scene was pretty intense (as you say top tier actor) and the show is meant to be a comedy. Not to mention the show was already pretty packed, I don't know what they would have cut to add extra scenes in. I liked this episode when I first watched it, but it becomes more of a favorite the more I watch.

2020-05-17 17:25:46 +0000 UTCMan, I can not wait for the next 2 episodes :) I just had a thought that in season 4 I would give only two episodes rating in the 7-8 range: #3 and #12, maybe a #14, everything else is really either 9 or 10 for me, personally

2020-05-17 07:58:57 +0000 UTCI agree as well, this episode started so good, then the middle part was great! and then the few minutes with the father was so blah, I remember the first time I watched it had the same reaction: that’s it? but I still love the episode since they have so many really great things in the middle and at the beginning. Shawn and Gus dynamic here is unbelievable, and I like the fact that they’re just hanging with Jules at the Psych office like colleagues and friends. I gave this episode a 9 but it's because I love Psych so much :)
