She explained that she lives with rage every day, but she also practices Tai Chi every morning which promotes inner peace and harmony between body and mind. Ward, on the other hand, seems to keep his emotions bottled up, so you would expect there to be repercussions. There’s also the possibility the Asgardian was exaggerating or that he underestimated Ward’s self-discipline. I’m not saying either way.
