Thank you so much for another phenomenal episode!! A great and fun reaction. :) I really love this episode a lot and it's one of my favorites from season one, along with episodes ten and eleven... Number Crunch and Super, as well as episode seventeen, Baby Blue. They're all so good. And it's like Carter's son Taylor said... Reese is most definitely a badass, and so are Fusco and Carter. :) I also love Finch offering to help Reese in the fight about to come to save Carter's son, only for Reese to state it's okay for him to be the getaway driver. This is his way of telling Finch he understands him not being comfortable with fighting. I can't wait for more!!! Until next time...

When they go through that door, Carter's gun is aimed right at Elias's chest - the last thing he needs is a shoot out with two heavily armed cops in which there was a very high chance he'd take a bullet , especially as the insider he was expecting to have on his side when got in was already out of action. He was clearly expecting to go in and find that his pet mafia boss had shot Carter and Fusco (the 2 shots he heard jst before they went in) The sensible respomse at that stage is to accept the gambit has failed and take the clearly not that damaging loss - live to fight another day

2019-07-26 22:12:38 +0000 UTCOh also - the next episode after this - really needs to be watched with attention - there are a lot of little cues that will get missed if you're checking your phone :P

2019-07-26 22:11:28 +0000 UTCElias is an awesome character, but this stand off is a little anti-climatic. A Don and a son remains. I can see Elias sparing the son, but he should have keep at it for the other Don.

2019-07-26 19:29:54 +0000 UTCThe thing with POI is its one of those shows you can easily miss things if you aren't concentrating. If you are looking away from the screen or are checking your phone, things slip past very quickly. I imagine you catch some of what yuo miss when you rare editing the reaction

2019-07-26 19:11:51 +0000 UTCI guess the reason I loved it was the development of Reese and Carter’s relationship. She trusted him completely with her son’s life and said “I’m not as alone as you think.” I believe that was the main point of the episode and an important one since she wasn’t answering his calls an episode ago. And it’s important going forward.

2019-07-26 06:12:33 +0000 UTCI’m disappointed that you didn’t like this episode as much as I think it should be liked. It’s one of the best. To be honest it felt like you missed some things again when you were checking your phone.

2019-07-26 05:50:30 +0000 UTCThere was a payoff for Finch confronting the HR guy in this episode. He convinced him to withdraw HR support at the location where Carter is protecting the Dons. Elias wanted to impress his father as much as he wanted revenge, that’s why his plan was to take over the organized crime syndicate his father was part of and then kill him. Elias capture was a little anticlimactic, but at the end it is evident that his power and influence is far from diminished. I agree the explosions are a little over the top but they look good. It’s not less realistic than having all those shootouts with assault weapons.
