This was always in my top 10 favorite episodes list... not just because of Kevin Sorbo, but that may have played a small part. Back in the day I could have watched Hercules and Xena 24/7.

2020-09-15 00:57:29 +0000 UTCI love that episode! whatched at least 5 times :) it so fun and heartfelt at the same time, you can really see that Shawn do care for people deeply and all his over the top silliness is just a facade. I lot of fun interaction with Gus and I think guest actors - Tankana and Bird and even the killer husband fit very nicely here

You said that you recognized him... he's known best for playing Hercules in the TV series, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. He's also known for being in a number of Christian made movies too.
