2019-12-17 02:15:57 +0000 UTCI really enjoy this episode a lot too! Root is phenomenal. A bit cuckoo and just crazy, but amazing. I love her too. :) I just love all of the scenes with her while inside the psychiatric hospital, as she speaks with the Machine and the therapist. As for the main story with the so called lady killer and their mission to help him gain back his son... I like it overall. I love seeing Carter, Shaw, and Zoe come together to go undercover. They're fun together, and like you, I love the moment Shaw is so excited to show Carter her gun, and how excited Carter is about it too. Shaw loves getting into a fight and loves to shoot her guns. She's amazing too. :) And then... I love the shootout in the end between Root and Hersh, as the Machine tells her when and where to shoot, as she manages to shoot him, but spares his lie because the Machine tells her to. Brilliant! Overall... I really love this episode and as much as I love Reese and Finch, they definitely took a backseat in this episode to bring the women into the forefront. Very nice! First I would give the same score as you. I really loved that last scene. Regarding the case of the week it is not particularly interesting, however loved the scenes with the girls. That missing poster I always thought it was one of the girls he dated and that she just went missing and he was looking into it. Also regarding the machine, I believe she gave Root's number to Finch as a way of letting him know that she was in danger but also as a way to let him know that she was letting Root out because she (the machine) needed her for future plans. Also I believe the guy choose Carter for more mainstream reasons than research (e.g she is hot :D ). Cheers.
