When you've been roofied, you act really dumb. It genuinely might not occur to her to call someone or to recognize quickly enough what's happening to her, your brain processes things very slowly. That's one reason it's so horrifying.

Although he should also be able to trust her to not overreact to what he told her... Complex situation which makes for good tv. Also liked that when Piz opened the door to Logan and was talking to him, he had a little smirk in his face, in a way that he was glad that they (Veronica and Logan) were obviously having problems...

2020-01-24 13:04:06 +0000 UTCI think honesty (not lying or withholding something serious) is as important as trust. Really it’s a prerequisite to trust. So I understand where Veronica was coming from. But if her primary concern was that she thought he might be with someone else- then, ugh, I’d consider that a trust issue that needs to be resolved. The latter half of this episode is pretty damn good! It’s just the main plot main plot was a bit lackluster for V Mars.
