A lot of hunters are shown to not be great when it comes to thinking beyond black and white, and go pretty extreme with the monster/not monster. Sam drank demon blood, went bad, and caused the apocalypse as far as they are concerned, they don't care about him fighting or not fighting. I am fairly sure after using him to kill the demons for revenge, they would have killed him.

2020-02-24 11:25:09 +0000 UTCI wasn’t looking forward to this ep AT ALL, what with Sam leaving Dean last time. But dang, they pulled it off, i actually enjoyed this. I wouldn’t mind seeing Dean and Cass team up again, that was freaking hilarious Cass playing FBI...I remember S3 a lot of hunters were pissed at Sam and blaming him for opening the HellGate and letting all those demons out. So maybe those hunters, - who i think have every right to be super angry that Sam called them in to a fight, but didn’t help, and then one of their buddies got killed while Sam is nice and safe sitting it out - maybe those hunters thought finding out Sam had also started the apocalypse was just the final straw?.... my heart really breaks for Sam this episode. Trying to get out of the life, but still being responsible for putting people around him in danger, AND THEN finding out he’s Lucifer’s vessel? The biggest bad guy there is, and Sam was practically born to BE him? Jess dying, opening HellGate, starting Apocalypse, being Satan’s vessel - Sam can’t catch a single break and he’s so sad all the time now and remorseful i just can’t stand it.

I was annoyed at that too. Like get yourself together. How long do you plan to sit out he frickin' apocalypse? He didn't even need to be with Dean but hang out working as a bus boy? Dude, it's the apocalypse and he's taking a break.

No dude but seriously, it's almost like you're not reading your patreon comments. Like I, and another patron have said in the past, we completely understand that you are doing other things while reacting to the show, and you can't be 100% glued to you're screen while watching the episode. And maybe I'm just becoming too hyper focused on it. But you look away from the screen SO often, and like I said before, a lot of this show are the facial expressions. It's not always what they say, and when you look away, you're missing a gesture or a facial expression that would have given the scene so much more meaning. I'm also just going to message you about this because the comments seem not to be sinking in. I know it sounds complainy and I'm sorry, but it's just getting hard to ignore. Away, I'm glad you enjoyed the episode. It's one of my favorites👍🏾
