I don't know why but the tower Yennefer is learning magic reminds me of the tower in LOTR were the Nazgul resided. Btw, I heard that Rotten tomatoes became very unreliable and biased, since they keep erasing audience's scores and comments to their needs. Also most critics didn't even watch the whole show, but only the first 2 episodes and the last and then say it's very confusing. So I usually ignore this site and rather form my own opinion

The only thing that bugs me in this one is that Show Triss, is not anywhere near game Triss (and i'm not talking about looks, as i actually like the actress). My problem is that she doesn't seem THAT good an actress and she doesn't seem as a very strong character, which game Triss definitely was. Other than that, fantastic episode. I believe you might have missed Foltest and his sister at a young age with their mother, being shown in the mages' ball. This is a very obvious sign that Yennefer's story is happening a lot earlier than Geralt's storyline.
