I mean she also could have done something in the mean time, but she just shows up and longing takes control of both of them. You don't just say hey wait a sec let's just recount our sexual exploits in the period we were not together... But afterwards in a calm manner you may both decide to discuss this matter or not. Anyway decent case and episode. That line by Veronica when she sees Mac with the two "scientists", "and the people coming to take me away" always gets me...

But they should have a talk the next day so they are on the same page regarding if they would want to know if something happened while they were apart! God episode, I like the case and the personal stuff, and the Keith vs hank thing at the end! Let the games begin!!
