Steven, I don't think when they get a new body, they get ALL the memories from ALL the other copies of that type. I think (as the show portrays it) they just get the memories of THEIR previous body. The analogy would be: You have an identical twin brother. When you wake up in the morning you have the memories of yesterday and all the days before. But only yours, not your brother's. For a Cylon it's just like waking up except that it is a bit more dramatic because they didn't go to sleep but were killed instead.

2021-01-13 00:00:26 +0000 UTCAlso, I think the "sleeper agents" work differently as they don't consciously report their intel, so the others "download" it from them regularly without their knowledge. That's why Helo's Sharon would've had Boomer's memories when she first met him and then...didn't continue to get them once her own mission with him began and they were making new memories.

But in the case of Sharon, she was a sleeper and in her mind she only recently found out she was a cylon. So the whole rebirth process, waking up on a cylon ship, being surrounded by people who were the enemy most of your life... She would take longer as she's still coming to terms with her identity.
