I’ve had allergies since I was a teenager and I knew milk was one of them but I am allergic to a whole lot of things and didn’t really think it was one that was causing me major problems. I had allergy symptoms all year around and some asthma issues. When I gave up milk, 99% of my allergy and asthma symptoms disappeared. Now I’ll just have an occasional allergy day when pollen is bad.
